We begin by exploring your intentions, fears, and boundaries, and we establish clear agreements to ensure safety and consent. This step is essential in reclaiming your body and learning to trust yourself. You can choose to be naked or wear underwear, with a sarong for coverage.
Through deep listening, conscious touch and a wide palette of swedish, shamanic, balinese and energetic modalities.
Throughout the massage, we move at a pace that honours your body's natural responses, gently guiding it through relaxation, opening and emotional release. Many emotions may arise. This is not a rushed experience but rather your own unique sensual journey and a deep nervous system reset. With your intention in mind, I will help you reconnect with the beauty, innocence, and vitality of your body.
